The program was sponsored by the Upper St. Clair Library. Also participating in the question and answer portion were two officers from the USC Police Department.

Reschenthaler to introduce a program called "Stop the Bleed" that will provide schools with the training and supplies necessary for teachers and lay people to know what to do in the event of a mass casualty situation.
